Guide your customers to the products that best suit their needs
Thanks to this module, compatible with Prestashop 1.6 and 1.7, you will be able to offer personalized advice to your customers from the answers they have provided to the questions you have configured in the module interface.
You will be able to create a succession of questions and answers, that will help determine which products are the most suitable to their consumption habits, their profiles or their use. Thus you design a “decision tree” which will lead your customers to the most adequate choice, the articles which fir them best.
For each branch of this tree, you manually choose the products to display to customers or configure automatic selection criteria; such as categories, brand, attributes or characteristics (ex: color, size, …).
The possibilities are endless. The module allows you to set up a virtual assistant, without having to code any line.

By having an automatic recommendation system, you will considerably reduce the time spent on pre-sales questions. Your customers have recurring questions about your products or services ? The module will answer them for you.
